A friend is selling another friend (they don't know each other and neither are on this forum) A Bisley Vaquero, Blued with case colored frame, 5.5" barrel in .45 LC. No box or papers. This is the Original Vaquero not the New Model Vaquero. The Vaquero is in great shape. He wants $450 plus shipping and FFL.
Is that a fair price for the buyer? I have no idea what these are going for.
Thanks for any info.

That's a fair price in my world. I'd buy it. You don't see many Bisley Vaqueros less than $500

Bought one last week (44mag, faux CCH, 5 1/2") at the last gun show for $450 out the door...no box or papers.
Don't consider this the norm, but just letting you know.

Sounds like a good deal as long as it's in good condition aesthetically and mechanically, Rob. You know this will add another to the rotation lot, and in doing so will cut in on the others you already have that need more use & loving to get that Used/Worn/Aged/Loved look you like Just saying My offer still stands, to help you by loving that Bisley 44 Spl for awhile. A good Looooong while if needed Hahahahaaa Just trying to help out a brother gun lover... Good luck with the purchase bud. BigBore44

BigBore44 Actually, a local friend might be selling it to a out of state friend, I am just the middle man. As for as the .44 special........you know I thought long and hard about loaning it to you. It would be at a good home it would be local it would be well cared for so I have made my decision!!! uh.........not a chance no no way Jose But thanks for trying!!!!

I think that's a good price. It'll take heavier than standard pressure loads it you have a mind to.
