If I were 20 years younger, I might consider a Dustin Linebaugh gun. Now time is not on my side and even 1 year would be too much. I have never seen one of Dustin's creations but I own a John Linebaugh gun and while very straightforward, it is, to me a work of art. I have a couple of others that, to me also, are just as good.

I am not out to start a firestorm with the following post just my thoughts. The following is about my desires and ability to fulfill those desires as such. I have neither the desire or years to wait on a custom build of three to five years and would suggest anybody contemplating such should give some very serious thought. The amount of time involved can lead to a lot of unforeseen consequences. Which can ultimately lead to disappointments, frustration and monetary loss. I have seen the frustration and resentment on more than one occasion in this forum. One last thing, just remember when you place your assets in somebody else's hands. You basically loose control of said finances. Good luck.

All the above as to why I recently paid the "GB price" on a Linebaugh 45. I figure it to be $1,000 less and 3-5 years earlier than if I ordered. And it turned out to be just what I would have ordered and apparently new as well. At 55, getting too old to wait that long.
