Sounds like I might be giving it a try in the 480, I'll load up some of the 35k psi rounds first and if it looks good march up towards to 40+ loads.

I have burned a fair bit of it in a TC shooting IHMSA. Mostly in closed breach guns. My 357 marlin loves the stuff with a 180 CB. It is my go to powder in the 22 hornet. I am with the sheriff's thoughts. I called several folks I know in the industries side, it was news to all of them. Not saying it won't or doesn't happen. I err on the side of caution and keep a close eye as I am switching over to more wheel guns. Jeff

I tried it in the beginning with the .45 but didn't like the feel of the recoil pulse. Also, I found it annoying that because the granule size is so fine it clings to surfaces badly and dances around a lot with static charge. It get's uber-dry here, especially in winter and static is omnipresent. I subsequently switched to N110 and haven't looked back.

I've got a sweet load for my 357 rifles, and I use it for my 22 k-hornet. Might look at it for the 357 max.
