They were teasing a pic on Facebook the other day of a revolver that would fit the description but would not confirm what it was.

Does anyone know if the 327Magnum will fit a stock lenght 32HR single six?
added in edit
Just measured my SS 32 H&R cylinder and found it would only need to be .030" longer to fit max SAAMI spec's for 327! I think we might have a "must have" coming, fingers crossed

I'd say a 32 single six is on the way! Hard to confirm number of holes, but a suggestive pic is indeed on facebook.

Having owned several .32H&R Single Sixes, I don't see a seven shot being possible. .327 will definitely fit length wise by opening the window a little and lengthening the cylinder blank. I'd be surprised if they'd try the .327 again since they dropped it from the line but then I've been wrong lots of times. maybe the limited run through Lipsey's is a way to test the water and save face if it fails. If it were a .38Spl I'd be going out of my mind until I had it.

If it holds more than six, it can't be a .327. Either way, count me highly interested!

.25 caliber rimfire magnum based on the new, larger base .17 ammo from Winchester? Or maybe a shortened .25 Hornet? Would that leave room for 7 rounds?
Be interesting to see the same shot using a .32 Mag Single-Six. It would tell us very fast what the chamber base size might be by comparison.
Edited to add that Elmer strongly urged the ammo companies to introduce a .25 magnum rimfire back in the 1950s.....to use in the then new Single-Six.

Would not expect them to introduce a spanking new caliber in a distributor exclusive. It Really doesn't look like a six shot, but I'd be very surprised if it wasn't.

Looks like a 7-shot. Here's a factory 32 H&R Single-Six: -Lee www.singleactions.com"Building carpal tunnel one round at a time"

Definitely closer together chambers, and the same size according to my Mark I eyeballs.
Huh! A seven shot .32 something, but I'll wager it is an H&R magnum.

I'll buy a 7-shot .32 Magnum. Course, there is nothing wrong with my 6-shot .32 Magnum. Wish I was seeing a Bisley gripframe, but that is easy enough to correct, if need be.

If it were a .38Spl I'd be going out of my mind until I had it. Not only possible but I think likely because a 7 shot single six cylinder will be stronger than a 6 shot, here's why. My six shot single six cylinder thickness is .125" between cylinders and only .040" from the chamber to the cylinder notch. By adding a extra chamber they move the cylinder notch to a thicker part of the cyl. between chambers and will reduce the amount between cylinders by only .050.(6*.050= .350") This will give use somewhere around .075" between cylinders and .075" chamber to outer cylinder wall, this gives us a lot stronger cylinder giving us the safety margin Ruger would want for the higher pressure of the .327. By chambering the gun in 327 and marking the gun as .327M/.32H&R they will still be able to use barrels made for and fire the .32H&R mag and be stronger than the old center fire single six's! I'm hopeful to the point of putting money aside!
