After a depressing doctor's appointment today, I stopped by my local gun shop to see what they had. I saw a Ruger SBH with a 5.5 inch barrel in the case. After customer was looking at it but needed to ask his wife for permission. After he left I looked at a Ruger Bisley Hunter and an S&W 617. My heart was set on the SBH as I had one that I gave to my son for a woods bumming gun. I looked at the SBH again, and my wife said if I wanted it, she'd get it for me for Father's Day/Anniversary. So it came home with me. She also bought a brick of 22 lr ammo for me. Here's a pic of the gun:

To my eye, that version with the fluted cylinder is the best looking of all the SBH's . I found one and had to change it a little. This site is a bad influence.
