Very nice. Looks a ton better than the Pachmayrs on my bosses Python. You made a good find at Petersons. Last time I was in there all they had in the used gun cases were beaters. What's the barrel length?

I used to go to Peterson's all the time! It was my favorite gun shop in central Florida. That and Buffalo Bill's on Corinne Dr in Orlando. Haven't been to the new location.

Stopped in Petersons Friday after work and looked around. Plenty of new hardware but the used market was slim pickins. They did have a decent looking .30 cal. Blackhawk for under $4oo.oo. Thought about buying it until I saw their price on 30 cal ammo.

That's a bummer. What I always liked about Peterson's was their selection of good used stuff at fair prices. Bought a lot of reloading supplies there too. That and I loved looking at that old Colt on the wall with the stag grips. It seems strange but the only thing I miss about Florida is the proliferation of good gun shops. Up here, even though probably a larger percentage of the population that shoots, gun shops are rather scarce and most just carry the usual tupperware/AR crap.
