Looks good! You didn't happen to see a FA being converted to a 500 JRH with a 5" octagon barrel while you were there? I have been waiting patiently!

Toby Sorry I did not, I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Jack and Jason were out, and the phone was ringing most of the time. Here is a before pic. I bought it last May/June, It was already a 500 max.

A few more pics Bowen's "Nimrod" front sight muzzle crown and checkered ejector rod grips custom made from hand tracing It's new home Pictures don't do it justice, It's so much prettier in person. Almost too pretty shoot. It will get shot though, I've spent too much time casting and shortening 50 Alaskan brass not to.

Beautiful! Made that one your own didn't you! Axe, I just borrowed a few ideas ;D ;D I wanted it to look like the gun on page 35 of Bowen's "The Custom Revolver". I wanted the high polish blue, California English walnut grips, gripframe mod and #5 base pin like on Whitworths 500 max. And I'm just a sucker for Turnbulls CCH ;D. Jack Huntington and the guys were a pleasure to work with, and executed what I wanted to perfection.
