Doesn't Whitworth have a bisley framed something or other that uses that bullet?

I've been tracking that thing for months. I save it each time it relists. WHEN I win the lottery, that's my FIRST purchase to put on my doorstep. Hope to give the Jehova's something to think about.

I had a custom J frame in that caliber once. The recoil wasn't bad, but I sold it because the ammunition was to expensive.

I believe there were four Iowa class battleships. The Iowa, Missouri,Wisconsin and New Jersey. I toured the USS New Jersey which is on display in Camden and it is one impressive ship. You just can't help being in awe of it when you see it as it exudes such a sense of power.

Just shared this gun broker link with a buddy of mine whose father worked at the Watervliet arsenal. He said he was pretty sure his dad worked on the 16" guns and thinks there is a barrel stub in the barn. If he finds it I will post a picture.
