Thanks, Gary. I'ma keep an eye out for an "ugly" .35 to cut down & restomod. After trying a red-dot on the Guide Gun, I'll need to be mounting one the .35.

(I know, it's "wrong", but I'm severely cross-dominant & a red-dot is the first sight/optic I've tried that lets me shoot with both eyes open.)

Whatever works for you. My eyes seem to failing by the minute. I have started putting scout mounts and scopes on some of my levers.

I found a 336 cs in 35 rem. Did not even haggel the price. Swapped a Beretta 303a I have not shot in 10 years and some cash. Picking it up 3/15. Now if I can just find some shells. Swamp hog time!
