Probably this one. I have banged the 8" 200 yard gong at the range in Idaho fairly regularly using the 440 gr Semi-Wadcutter from MBW at 1100 fps.

Either my Ruger SS Bisley .45 Colt or the .480 BFR which is untested out that far. So is the .45 for that matter.

Dan Wesson 41 Mag w/6x Bosch & Lomb scope or if open sights I'd use at small frame 357 DW w/8" Heavy barrel. These both shoot as well as any rifle I've owned.

Single shots meaning DA/SA and SA revolvers I could take either .44mag SRH, .480 SRH, or my 45 colt SBH Hunter out to 100 with out question and off hand. I could even use my S&W 625 .45 acp. For semi auto I'd could use Glock 22, 24, or 35
Haven't shot past 100 as thats all my public range allows me.

I'd use the same FA 83 in .41Magnum I used to shoot IHMSA with back in the day. Or I'd use my Ruger Fluted cylinder bisley with 7.5 inch barrel in .41Magnum. Two of the most accurate handguns I own.

7.5" 44mag redhawk with factory brass bead front sight. I would bet that I could keep 50% on a 12" plate at 200yds. On the other side of this I have a real nice 40-44 Smith with a 4" bbl that took me 9 shots to to hit a 8" gong at 200yds.

Probably one of three or four...
At first thought I would pick my S&W 686 Silhouette Model in .357Mag w/8-3/8" barrel.
Second choice would be my Dan Wesson .375SuperMag.
Third might be my Ruger SBH .45Colt with a Red Dot sight. It is scary how well it shoots if I do my part.
Fourth is probably my Dan Wesson .44Mag.
I could even throw a S&W 57 in .41Mag into the mix.
All five are very accurate with the right load. All have been used to regularly ring the 10-12" steel gong at 200yds. at my gun club.
Have quite a few other revolvers that haven't been used much at over 25-50yds. No particular reason that I can think of other than time and/or opportunity. Some I have never really settled on a long-range accuracy load. Some like my .45Colt Vaqueros get only one load(255gr cast lead over 8gr of Unique) and have just never been tried at any extended distance.

You wouldn't want to bet against my FA 454 I'll back up Zeus's statement. That thing is a laser beam.

I haven't ever shot against Zues and he has never seen me shoot. I will take his word at his shooting though because I have heard him shoot. I would use my fan club 44 special. I have documented hits at 412 yards and 181 yards off hand and open sights with it. I modestly proclaim that some luck is in play here, but also some learning from sixshot and just taking the shot with some confidence. If it is fun, shoot it! Steve

Groo here If I "had to" then there is but one choice -- my 4in Python.. Once went to Thunder ranch and we tried 300yd man size steel... From prone -- one for range --one for wind -- next three on target ... Instructor called stop and said Once is luck , Twice is coincident , Three times is something else..
