He is recoil proof, he was a rodeo star, he shoots his game right behind the ear, he handles a bull whip like Indiana Jones, and he has more posts than me and axe and lee all put together. Thats cuz he knows 3 times as much as any of us. What a man. Next thing he is going to reveal he was an operator in the US Air Force/Navy Seals and captured a Russian Spetznaz submarine.
Did I leave anything out?

Is this a "who am I" question, or a statement?
I'm confused (which, btw, is nothing new!)

Did I leave anything out? I'm assuming you mean me, well, let's clue you in on a few things. 1. I'm not recoil proof, rifles cause issues due to some nerve damage in my shoulder caused by a couple injuries throughout the years, namely getting shrapnel picked out, and the bad dislocation/break that ended my rodeo career. 2. I have went a few rounds with trying to play with a bullwhip, I was never any good at it, yes, I do still own one for the sake of owning one, but it hangs on the wall because I suck at it. 3. Yes, I do prefer the ear shot for most big game with a handgun, and it's never failed me, but I only use it with a handgun when it's close, go back and reread the whole "preffered Shot Placement" thread in the hunting section of this board 4. Yeah, I do have more posts than you guys, it probably has a lot to do with me spending too much time on the computer early in the morning before my autistic daughter gets out of bed and all hell breaks loose. 5. I don't know more than anybody about everything, but I know a lot about a few things, and have learned where to search for answers to things related to what we discuss on this board when I don't know. 6. I never captured a Russian spetsnatz (I probably buthcered that spelling horribly) submarine, my military chores did not involve water, just Iraqui front doors, hence the shoulder injury. 7. My rodeo career wasn't that long, when my ex-wife died (about 6 months into my rodeo career) my daughter came to live with me, well, needless to say after the aforementioned bad shoulder break (which happened about 3 months later)I gave it up and went to work where ever I could find work because I figured my daughter deserved to have her Dad around for a few more years, did I leave anything out?

Doggonit nobearsyet, I was hoping to hear some wild stories. You make it all sound so normal.

There's nothing normal about it. I've just made it a point to do as much living as I possibly can. Going to the middle east kind of put things int oa messed u psort of perspective

My Mother always taught me not to wade into the deep end. I'll stay here in the shallows and watch you big kids play. ;-)

Nobears, for a guy who may get a little condesending at times, yet doesn't get bent from a little good natured ribbing, you're alright. Cheers.
