Now we are getting somewhere... Geezer Power! Thanks guys Full cylinder window cylinder it will be. Keep it a 6 shot? 9 inch barrel huh? We thinking a no taper bull? Or have a little taper? I'm thinking a FA style front base base like Reeder uses. Is a 16 twist what we need?

If you let Reeder build it you will get your FAs style front base and you could also get a extra cylinder in 375GNR. (445SM necked down to 375). I think he will only do his 375GNR in a 5 shot.

Discussed this with Reeder a while back. He does not have a 375SM reamer and didn't seen interested in acquiring one. I sensed a little enthusiasm about the project from Gallagher. I learned long ago that if your gunsmith likes your project it gets lots more attention..

Somewhere there's a guy who has a bunch of NIB 357 maximums who is going to have a nice chunk of change in his safe after you guys make them all extinct! Nah, every .357 Maximum deserves to be bigger! Sounds like a neat project, Axe!

Full window, 6 shot, 9 inch barrel. slight taper, 11 degree crown, 16 twist, front barrel band ( a light one that is not gaudy ) sight cut for inserts, square blade with 2 inlays for elevation, very adjustable rear sight , color case frame, nice grip panels, the musk ox would look great. If you have the funds change the grip frame to Bisley with the hammer and trigger other items to remain the same. Or just a bisley hammer and trigger. Locate the trigger to the back of the trigger guard as far as possible with a nice radial curve to match a finger. The 375 will use up every inch of that barrel. Man that is fun spending someone elses money. Now I know how my wife feels. Of course, we know a Bowen Target rear sight will be required.
