Would this load work good for deer and black bear or should a man use Keith's 2400 load? I try and keep my shots 50yds and under.

I'm on board with the "it'll work" opinion, about the Skeeter load. If ya get the itch for the Keith load, remember its been reduced twice, and some folks now have gone another grain down. Please be careful. stevemb

I've taken 5-6 deer over the years with the Skeeter load, it has limitations (distance) but so do I. One shot through the shoulders of a black bear will probably cost you $600 to get the rug made!
