The action is very tight and the trigger must break at about 8lbs!...It will definitely need a trigger job, but for the time being, I'm going to just use two fingers at a time on the trigger. ;D
It is not "gritty" as I have heard others report after a conversion. This is my only converted 3 screw and I am glad I did it. I'll get this off to Mr. Horvath this fall and get that action slicked up.
I did not realize you lost the first hammer "click" after a conversion, you learn something new everyday.
All in all I am very pleased with the outcome and this gun will continue to be a shooter for another 40 years!
