First is the twentieth anniversary SHOOTISTS GUN USF .44special. The second revolver i a Colt New Frontier 1836 175th Anniversary 2011. The third revolver is special to me. This Colt belonged to Sheriff Jim Wilson and came to me through two other Shootists, Bill Buckman and Mark Hargrove. I expect this revolver to remain in our family for a while. That all for today. TR

bushog,
Nutmeg on the USF and the New Frontier.
The grips on th Jim Wilson Colt were put on around thirty years ago. (to the best of my knowledge)
Thanks for the comment Lee.

Not that it's easy to pick a favorite from those three, but I can't stop looking at that New Frontier. -Lee www.singleactions.com"Building carpal tunnel one round at a time"

You couldnt have gotten a gun from a much nicer guy than Jim Wilson either. That would be a keeper!

Thanks for the positive comments. I have been sleeping with them. I hope the new wears of some, it gets uncomfortable when you roll over on the rear sights on that New Frontier.

You know that my stories are only as good as the quantity of quality whiskey that is put into them.
