It's Here!!! The Clements Revolver I posted about a couple months ago arrived today! I had to work so I took a couple quick pics of the un-wrapping and placed it into the safe until I returned home and could get some better pics of it and really get a chance to look it over. Here's the pictures with a little note about each one...
The package as recieved from David... Pics Deleted due to Technical Difficulties.
The end now ripped off the box (You have no idea how hard it is to stop and take pics at this point)... Pics Deleted due to Technical Difficulties.
The contents of the box (the revolver was wrapped in two Fed-Ex envelopes)... Pics Deleted due to Technical Difficulties.
She's Finally Home... Pics Deleted due to Technical Difficulties.
That's as far as I got before heading out to work... More to come

When I got home, I was able to take the revolver outside and snap a few close-ups for you guys. The picture quality is nowhere near Boge's or the rest of the crew here, but you'll get an idea of my new 1972 OM Custom Clements "Best Grade" Huntin' Revolver (The knife is a custom Sierra Scout from maker Nick Allen)...
Pics Deleted due to Technical Difficulties.
Manzanita Burl Grips fitted to the gripframe... Pics Deleted due to Technical Difficulties.
Why I needed a SBH length gripframe (my paws are XL's)... Pics Deleted due to Technical Difficulties.
Clement's "CCG Cartridge" Stamp on bottom front of cylinder frame... Pics Deleted due to Technical Difficulties.
Belt Mtn. Base Pin... Pics Deleted due to Technical Difficulties.

Blued S&W 41Mag barrel re-bored to 45Cal... Pics Deleted due to Technical Difficulties.
White Line Front Sight (Not quite the shape I requested, but the lines flow well with the S&W ramp eh?)... Pics Deleted due to Technical Difficulties.
Bowen Target Rear Sight and Blued OM SBH Hammer... Pics Deleted due to Technical Difficulties.
Crescent Ejector Rod Button... Pics Deleted due to Technical Difficulties.
Plugged Hunter Length Ejector Rod Housing w/ allen screw (Nice Touch!)... Pics Deleted due to Technical Difficulties.
I should get full ejection of spent casings with this much Ejector Rod pokin' out I think... Pics Deleted due to Technical Difficulties.

Continued...
Here's where you can see why David was so frustrated with the Dragoon Trigger Guard modification. It's obvious he was having problems with voids in the welds popping up during the shaping process (I HAD to have this mod though as you can see from the in-hand pics above)... Pics Deleted due to Technical Difficulties.
And the only thing I'm a little bummed about is the CCH didn't take on the top left part of the Cylinder frame (It's a little cloudy and bland). The rest of the CCH is BEAUTIFUL!!!!... Pics Deleted due to Technical Difficulties.
Another picture with the Nick Allen Knife... Pics Deleted due to Technical Difficulties.
Thanks David....I'm glad she's home and I hope I can fill the freezer this year while carrying it in the field!!!
Hope everyone enjoyed the pics. I'll have a range report tomorrow afternoon (I'll try to remember to take the camera).
All the Best,
Stump

That's awesome Mike!!!!!! Well worth the wait I assume. Now you need to get some matching leather for those tow. Might as well get a matching belt while you are at it.

Since it's Easter maybe a more appropriate title would be " The OM has been resurrected". I'm not easily impressed with custom guns but to my eye that is perfect. Congratulations! Happy Easter to you and all.

Thanks Guys! I played with the photo links for over an hour last night trying to get them to work. Hopefully my e-mail to photobucket's Tech support will help out.
I'm going to head out to the range in a few hours, so hopefully I can test a couple factory loads and some of the "gunshow special" loads to see how she shoots. I'll report back later.
All the Best,
Stump

Sure wish I could see the pics. Every time I click your link to junk, er photo bucket, my computer locks up tight. They run so much other garbage on that site now it bogs down the entire works; its the reason I went to a pay site (smug mug). Just trying to live vicariously through your custom Clements!
