There is absolutely nothing on TV worth watching. I suppose I could read a book!!! Naaahhh I just finished Zane Grey's THUNDER MOUNTAIN. His books are easy reading and interesting. You might like Louis L'Amour, as well. I just got threw with Riders of the Purple sage. I'm also a huge Louis L'Mour fan. And bushhog, as for a 12 step program; Hi, my name is Bill, I'm a single action addict. Bill

Books are the answer as far as a diversion goes! I recently gave away my collection of all of L. L'Amour's books and the 40 or so Zane Greys I had. Now I just keep reading JT's, Elmers and Hamiltons books over and over. Yep, reading really helps with the custom revolver addiction!

I care so little about TV, we have cable for reception but have the most basic cable. around $8 per month and about 10-12 channels. Besides the kidss usually have a monopoly on the TV. Stump Buster. I am looking forward to seeing your custom when it gets in. Besides guns, I like knives as well and I know you have a couple of awesome customs as well We definitely need to get together to do some hunting and shooting. Maybe next time I head out west for a Mountain Lion hunt. If you folks liked reading Elmer Keith's "Hell I Was There" you might want to look into Harold Copenhavers books as well "Mule Track's", "They Left There Tracks" and two others I cant remember the titles of. They are written in the same era as keith and talk about hunting, packing, riding broncs, and life back in the early 1900's. I really enjoy the books.

Being a transplant to NM 15 years ago I've really enjoyed reading about the adventures of a guy name of Ben Lilly. If you folks don't know about Ben and the stories he tells they're a sure fix if you're jonesin' for sleeping on hard ground, fast hounds and the good ole' days in the Gila. There's a small publisher in Silver City that still prints his stories as well as some other really great stuff. Great guy too. Buy locally! www.high-lonesomebooks.com/cgi-bin/hlb/3935.html...and I just bought another custom....shoot me please!
