Stuck full of Green Pepper, Cheddar Cheese & GARLIC chunks!!!!!!! No steak on earth can compare!!!
Oh Happy Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Wife cooks this in a crook pot by the way... Ok here it goes...
2 lbs ground meat of your choice 1/2 of a large green pepper cut into small chunks...not diced 1/2 a bag or about 8oz. of sharp cheddar cheese 2-3 cloves of garlic minced 1/2 cup cracker crumbs 1/2 of a small can of tomato sauce 1 tablespoon of ketchup 1 tablespoon of brown honey mustard
Mix thoroughly in a large mixing bowel
First pour in enough tomato sauce to cover the bottom of the crook pot GENTLY lower the tasty loaf into the pot and pat it with love! Pour the rest of the tomato sauce that wasn't used over the sleeping beauty Bake on low for 10 to 12 hours...or 11 will do
While cooking your kitchen will smell what I think Heaven smells like! :-) Enjoy

Killing me. I am a meatloaf nut. Wife thinks I am crazy but I search them out in restaurants everywhere and try numerous recipes of my own. Nothing better with mashed potatoes and green beans (with onion and bacon!). Don't eat meat over here though....

Really, I don't have many recepies, I just wing it.
I peel the onion core out a bit of the center and stuff with whatever cranks my handle. Usually butter and spices like Braggs organic. Sometimes I get jiggy and stick in a clove of garlic, lemon wedges or such, whatever I think of. Wrap in tin foil and bake with your potatoes. It's best if left open a bit and grilled on the grill, especially if you're grilling with a bit of wood or smoking on the grill. ( pan of wet wood shavings on the hot side or place under the grates.
Just use your imagination.
Grilled and stuffed with lemon and butter makes a great side for grilled salmon.

Man... This reminds me of a Spaghetti Western board I use to be on. The forum name was "What are you eating/drinking?" It was a riot. Maybe you guys can start one here? All tho I do like a good meat loaf, I'm really a Liver and Onions man. Any L&O men out there?

L&O used to be a staple at the deer camp along with a cast iron oven of sourdough bread and a 1 gallon can of jalapenos from Mexico. Hmm, hmm, good - but produced some riotous gas.
