I am thinking of having a custom pistol made probably in 500 S&W 1.4" does anyone have some pictures of custom bisleys with octagon barrels they would like to post?

Here's another .500 JRH this time a Vaquero (with a scalloped frame and action balls) with with an ocatagon barrel -- sorry it doesn't have a Bisley grip frame. Also by Huntington.

Here's another .500 JRH this time a Vaquero (with a scalloped frame and action balls) with with an ocatagon barrel -- sorry it doesn't have a Bisley grip frame. Also by Huntington. Good lord man! You're just a step away from holding the round in your hand and igniting it with a nail and a hammer with that thing!

whitworth, Is that Turnbull color case hardening? Is it a glossy or mat type of finish? I know pics/lighting can change the appearance. Looks like sheep horn grips too huh? thanks

Yikes! The grips even have cavities to hold the flesh it rips from your palms! I've got a 4 inch round butt 500WE that is all I can stand..
