Orokie; I like your Cochise Leaterh setup. I got the Duke Rig from David about a year ago. He does very nice work.  I got the rig below when I bought a pair of USFA 44 Specials worked over by Turnbull. The grips are by Joe Perkins at Outlaw Grips.  This one (US 1864) doesn't have a holster yet.  Ain't it fun to still have a kid inside an old man's body? Mike |

And it spins, too. It came with the revolvers.
I'm angling for a new Colt SAA since Mr. Taffin confirmed that they have finally started matching the cylinder throats to the bore. When I get one, I think I will have Cochise Leather make me a rig in black. Maybe even a chess piece on it. I'm old enough to remember the beautiful leather of Paladin and his long winded speeches. I think he bored the bad guys into submission.

It's a shame that I don't have pics of all my gunleather. Here's the few I do have: Here's quite the mix with border stamped COWS holsters and a fishscale stamped EPS #2 belt.  My present blackpowder rig, consisting of an el cheapo Oklahoma holster and a Leatherman belt with a hand forged buckle from DGW.  Full fishscale EPS Threepersons Single Six rig with a cap box for loose .22LR cartridges (or caps).  Freedom Arms holster on an EPS belt.  |
