A couple of minutes with a black sharpie and I could make that a nice looking Reeder. He he The cartridge/gun combo is a very good one I will say...

I'd pass on the bling too.. I'm picturing the same thing in stainless with micarta grips and no bling..

;D ;D ;D Check out the build specs on the "El Diablo." Quickly becomes obvious that making it your way has become SOP at Reeder Custom Guns..

I LIKE it! Beautiful finish, and I kinda like the gold bands. I can even put up with the big ole script markings.
Feelin' the first pains of GAS (Gun Acquisition Syndrome) for a Reeder gun.............

Yeah, Axehandle's posts can have that effect on you. BTW, I like it too.
Hey Bill: Did you eat that round thingy with the hole in it? How'd it taste?

That would be a beautiful gun if it weren't for the tasteless graffiti. And that, I will never understand.

I'd take that "tasteless graffiti" over the multiple warnings stamped all over current production Rugers and the like.

Mr. whitworth I didn't know that. Who does that work and is it expensive? I have ignored a few good deals locally on Blackhawks because I don't want a gun with the warning label on the barrel.

It's easy work to remove the warning by any descent Smith. But I can live with the warning as long as some knucklehead didn't fill it full of gold. I to just don't care for the plastic look of the Reeder gun's, just don't look like serious business. I always thought they looked more like pimp guns, than big game hunting hardware!! make mine satin Stainless or if I might, color case and rust blue!!

The magical thing is that when it comes to picking your gunsmith and functional and cosmetic features there is no right or wrong. It is like Burger King/McDonalds, Wendy's, Arby's, etc..! Pick your source and Have it your way!
