What a beautiful six-gun. I am fortunate enough to have a friend who has one. I've shot it & it's spooky accurate, his is a .44 with Mammoth Ivory & fully engraved. It's a truly beautiful six-gun. Frank That would have to be pretty. What are the chances your friend would let you post some pictures?

Any of you boys who might have a TLA that has lead a hard life need to look hard at Alan's work... He did the current TLA Improved No. 5, including the ivory, that lives at my house too...

That is amazing work. Almost a shame not to have the unfinished parts anymore though. That would have made a unique addition to a TLA collection.

That is a splendid looking revolver. Maybe one day i can add an improved #5 to my modest collection. When I was 17 I had a choice between the Grover's #5 in .44 mag and a Freedom Arms .454. As much as I like and still enjoy the Freedom, I'd give a ransom If I could turn back the clock. I really wanted a motorcycle, but dad would hear nothing of it.

I have to say, this is one of those guns that just makes you say WOW. Especially when you see the pile of parts. Very nice.
