Word on the street is that has showed up on the Ruger Forum in search of a new home. Interestingly enough it states that it wants to trade places with a Freedom Arms 97 in 41 mag, 44 Special or 45 Colt preferably a fixed sighted gun.  |

It looks like the grips are flush not beveled. Is that how the ivories came or both ways?

I am not sure how the factory ivories came since they apparently were an accessory item. This grips have the serial number of the gun very neatly marked on the inside which was NOT how Ruger supposedly sent them out. Hey Axe, they can ALWAYS make another 97 in 41 Mag, not so with OM flat tops! |

Hmmmm Don't know about that... Colt is making the New Frontier AND we have a medium frame 44 Special Ruger BH... An OM FT doesn't sound as impossible as it once did...  |
