They look great. Way better than the rubber grips.

You done a good thing...Great grips! I have found the rubber ones work great for Lab puppy chew toys but not much else.
WOW those are pretty.

Very slick....you ought to offer Virginian grips for sale. I know you'd have at least one customer. -Lee www.singleactions.com

Uh yeah! Maybe you should make some Seville samples for a fellow AZ shooter.

Mike...we do need more custom gripmakers for Sevilles. Right now, Scott Kolar is one of the few that'll cut panels for them. -Lee www.singleactions.com

If I had a Seville I would be glad to try a set or two. I have to keep my eyes open for one, they are very scarce in this area.

s0therngunner,
Those are mighty fine looking grips there. I have made a few sets myself and yours fit far better than any I have been able to do so far.
This is not intended to be a criticism in any sense, only an observation, but the picture of the bottom makes it obvious that the left panel is oriented with the 'heart' to the inside, whereas the right panel has it to the outside. Both orientations produced nice looking panels, but, I think I prefer the way the 'outside' orientation shows the wood grain.
So far, for no real reason, I have always oriented mine with the heart to the inside. I am thinking that my next set may have to be an "outie".
I have never heard it discussed but, is there a standard orientation? Or, is one way better than the other in some way ...like as concerns warping, or splitting, or ...whatever ?

Shakey Good eye Shakey, I noticed that after I had the panel shaped ,since it is for my own gun I didn't worry about it. When it comes to proper orientation I could not tell you maybe some of the forums profesional grip makers could chime in and teach us both something. It does look more symetrical when the grain flows in the same direction I will be watching that on future projects .Thanks
