Brownells I'm assuming you're speaking of the wood "magna" type grips.
Also try Ruger Forum classifieds. They usually go for about 30.00 for factories.

Try EBay. Sometimes you can find them reasonably.

I bought a good pair at the Palmer Lions Gun Show last year for three bucks. Check out a gun show or two.

Not sure why you need them but in case you've not shot a Redhawk with them on before let me tell you they absolutely killed my hands with heavy loads.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I'm looking for a set for my sons Redhawk. He has a set of Hogue grips on it now and would like to try a set of stock wood grips.
Ray, I would like to make the Palmer gun show but some how I have gotten on the wrong shift!
