That is a beautiful sixgun. I went nuts waiting for a set of grips. I can't imagine what waiting for something like that would be!

Is it here yet? I'm impatiently waiting more pictures (mostly due to the similarities with my Vaquero Project)

Fermin, I had forgotten that you have one like it. I do thank you for heading me down the path of the custom sixgun, although my wallet would disagree ;D I am trying to share my interest with my wife, and I called her over to look at the pics. when Alan sent them. With much effort she came over and said with a groan "What am I looking at?" I explained to her about the gun and she cut me short by saying "...........Rob.......... me looking at this gun has as much interest to me as you looking at yarn. Nothing there!!!!" I could not help but to laugh at the comment. Nobearsyet. I have not gotten it yet, Alan is still probably adding up the total I had a lot done to it, but it will be well worth it ;D

I'm sure it will, I have never heard anyone say they were unhappy with anything Alan has done

Beautiful work of art. I'm envious. Did Harton do the grip work on it? Whether he did on this one or not, from others I have seen that he did his work at fitting grips perfectly is unequaled. I don't just mean the tops of the grips to frame fit, but along every edge, and particularly the bottom, matching the frame's contours and keeping the radius the same from frame to grip panel.

Yes, Harton did all of the work. I think he may have started with wooden blanks and went from there.

Alan does a great job at fitting stocks on sixguns. Mine are perfect for me and the ivories that I've seen of his are phenomenal to say the least!
Robster, it turned out beautiful!!
