That’s a book that Kevshell sent me a while back that the bullet is sitting on. Yes that’s a Brooks mold. I’ll try and shoot that one in the next week and see how it does. But for deer, it should be a good one. Although the 500FP I bet will be a hammer.

Here is my 45-70. Kevin found this one and a 40-65, both new and unfired in a shop near his house. The wood sold me on the 45-70. I’ve never seen a more uniform fiddle back stock on a Shiloh. It shoots as good as it looks. The 500FP bullet and this rifle work really well together with Swiss 1.5F. I need to get better pics of these rifles. Not the easiest guns to take a pic of I’ve figured out.   |
