I've got a Gamo Whisper 177 caliber that hits hard, is accurate at 50 yards, and is suppressed. Might try it on squirrels post deer season.

I have a Crossman nitro piston I bought from academy. Think it was around $100 and I can't remember the model off hand. It's a 22cal.
At 35yds it will exit a coyote skull making mush between it's ears and head shooting squirrels out to 25yds is easy with the scope that came with it. Not the quietest, but close to my suppressed 22lr handgun. I'm happy with it for pests.
My Hatsun 45 pcp is a little different.

Im looking too. I bought two this year and returned both. The latest greatest gamo was accurate and powerful; but too hard to cock and too noisy. Then went the other way and got a daisy. Not accurate or even moderately well made. Will probably wind up with a PPP gun at some point. Tanks, pumps, add greatly to cost.

Think they are still viable source. An hour away from me. A month or two ago I ordered a sampling of 4 kinds of 30cal pellets. Have gotten CO2 and such from them earlier. Try calling.

Feel free to argue with me, cus I know little, but that pistol suppressed with the stock option the hillbilly chic smokes iguanas in town with looks like a pretty handy lil rig to me.
