I am rather partial to Taco Bell Mild Sauce. Chollula Garlic is pretty decent also. Most of the guys at Deer Camp swear by Texas Pete.

If I must use store bought Old El Paso, Ortega. If you can find Green Mountain Gringo ( made by Texas Pete) , give it a try! Their salsa is pretty good.

I did order 4 bottles of Old El Paso "mild" but I'd far rather have the medium or hot, but those are as rare as WLR primers these days.

Hell on the red hot sauce here for taco's and tamales. Crystal hot sauce for sprinkling on other foods.

Nobody in their right mind would eat store bought toxic waste. Pico de gallo - Take a pile of tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, and some cilantro or parsley. chop it up and mix it together. My immediate thought, Pico de gallo! Absolutely! A Mexican lady set me up at a church function once with some pico de gallo she made at home. Ohhhhhhhhhhhh, my!

Always wanted to try and make some hot sauce. Had a friend give me a bottle of white habanero he brought back from Boleze were he scuba dives. Wish I had the receipt for it.
