Oh boy, that's 100% supermag territory, I just loaded up a bunch of them the other day right to this...

I definitely want to a see a picture of that loaded in a cartridge. I remember staring at the new Anacondas and thinking about how long the cylinders are.

It's on my short list of things to try.
I've also got a few 445 SuperMags that I believe they'll work great in.

Will the anaconda handle .445 pressures if a guy were to ream the cylinder? Aren't they close to .454 casull?

No, it's petty much in line with 44 Mag Pressures.
I'd measure the residual powder column in both and extrapolate data.
It should add 150-200 fps velocity increase. With a 320 grn bullet, that's not insignificant...

FYI there is also a 370gr version of this bullet in the works from bengal by what I hear as well. Both molds are from accurate and you can see the dimensions in their catalog.
The listings are: 44-320A 44-370JT
Edit: The 370gr version is now on the Bengal site.

With how many Redhawks, BFRs, Freedom Arms are out in the world, I'm always a little surprised how few commercial companies offer 44Cal bullets with a nose length of .5" That gives a 1.780" COAL and room to creep out of the case still. Montana Bullet Works may be one of the few with their 360gr bullet. Glad the new Anaconda has options that long.

I suspect this will be a good bullet to order a lifetime supply of.
Of very limited need, but would certainly be nice to have another option.
I think it would fit a BFR if crimped over the forward band.

That link is for the quick-view. Try this and scroll down to: .44 (.430," .432,” OR .433”) - 320 GRAIN WLFNGC +L - DESIGNED FOR THE 2021 COLT ANACONDA (100 COUNT) bengalbullets.com/cast-bulletsClicking on the bullet picture or description doesn't work for me. Click on the "Select Options" bar.

I had NO idea that the anaconda cylinders were so long. That moves them way up my mental list of "things i might buy one day". I have a soft spot for 445 supermag (have blued dan wesson i like quite a bit). Always thought 44 mag was a good cartridge, but that it could use JUST a bit more. For killing big animals, a bigger dia bullet is better, bit a higher speed 44 mag is a great cartridge for long range shooting.
Id love the chance to get out and do some fun shooting at 300, 400, 500 yards w a revolver again (been a long time... ive got an awesome 1000 yard range to go to now, but i dont know if it would be aprpriate for me to do that kind of shooting there... its a semi formal bench rest range... hmm... i might have to ask sometime).
44 mag w a decent bullet (say 270 to 310 grains, in something the gun really likes... w not TOO huge of a nose) and a couple hundred fps more speed = perfect cartridge for that. Bullet seated long in anaconda or rechambered to 445 would get a guy there.
To me, the long cylinder length of the anaconda should open a world of possibilities for custom revolvers. Seems like there are a dearth of revolvers in supermag length out there. I DO like the BFRs, and ive been slowly warming up to the LONG cylinder models, but i really wish they had a model w a cylinder somewhere in between the regular and long. A supermag length.
Who knows if one of the custom guys would ever get setup to do it, but sounds like an anaconda could be done in any of the supermag ctgs - 357, 375, 414, 445. A 5 shot cylinder could get things extra interesting really quick.
If i didnt have a 445 Dan Wesson, id probably be buying an anaconda now. To be fair, the DW interchangeable barrel system (and being able to set barrel / cyl gap where you want too) and the DW grip frame design still pull it ahead of the anaconda. (and the dws really have a reputation for accuracy too). BUT being available in current production is a big deal too! And the anaconda has that.
All in all, very interesting this long of a cylinder on the anaconda
