Jason found one of "the 92" for me after the "Holiday".
I've not seen it yet, but, I'll get it next week sometime.

Beautiful gun. I tried to have my dealer locate one of the "overruns" to no avail. So now I'm thinking if I can locate another Bisley 44 special, have one of the custom guys build me one.

IIRC, Jim Taylor's .22 cal. Bisley. The next image is my "one of 92" .44 Special. While we're discussing Rare Rugers I'll have to mention the Ruger Collectors' Association had Ruger make up a small batch of .357 mag. Flattops with 10" barrels. I'll get to pick mine up tomorrow. Carl

Yes, they sold like hotcakes. Many unhappy collectors since the RCA ordered 50 and could have easily sold twice that.......
JMHO,

I'm glad I didn't jump on the RCA gun then. I wouldn't have been as thrilled as somebody who did get one. I have mixed feelings about moving our shop's 1 of 92 to somebody else instead of buying it. I'd like to have one but it just didn't thrill me. I DID get to hold it though!
