WITH A K FRAME 218 BEE ON THE WAY I SCRATCHED AN ITCH THAT PROBABLY STARTED IN THE 1970's. AN ITCH I HAVE HAD FOR MAYBE 40 YEARS IS A S&W 38/44 N FRAME OUTDOORSMAN. AS PART OF MY RETIREMENT PLAN (I RETIRED EFFECTIVE 12/31/23) I KEPT A DECENT SIZED CASH RESERVE FOR MISC. POST-RETIREMENT EXPENSES SUCH AS A MALPRACTICE "TAIL" POLICY, FILES DISPOSAL, AND OTHER EXPENSES. WELL, I OVER RESERVED AND KIND'a FELT LIKE I COULD SPLURGE ON SOMETHING SO I USED SOME OF THE EXCESS TO PAY FOR THE BEE PROJECT AND TODAY I SCRATCHED MY 40 YEAR OUTDOORSMAN ITCH WHEN I GOT A GOOD DEAL ON A NICE 38/44 OUTDOORSMAN AND MAILED OFF THE CHECK AND A COPY OF MY DEALER's FFL.
I THINK I AM DONE BUYING GUNS AND ALTHOUGH I AM NOT LOOKING FOR ANYTHING THERE MAY BE A CUSTOM RUGER SINGLE ACTION OR 2 IN 45 COLT THAT COULD CAUSE A RELAPSE.

I’d be happy to purchase some of your “old” guns to help you secure some more funds. I am looking for a Linebaugh, and I know you have a Stainless one!!!

Anytime I see one with a pay by check I get a little apprehensive. I have had two sellers try to scam me. They didn't get far by still makes me nervous. |
