I'm looking for a nice hard case for my 4" 625. Big enough for the revolver, 100 rounds of ammo and small cleaning kit. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

A Pelican would work if you want to buy something. A 50 caliber ammo can, if you want to make something.

I like to repurpose old briefcases found at DAV or thrift stores for my guns. Add some foam cut out the way you want for what ever you want to carry. I especially like that they don't look like a gun case.  |

I like to use coolers for the same reason as the briefcase mentioned above.

They won’t hold 100 rounds but, these S&W cases are easy to come by.  Kevin |

Here is a Pelican case, 12x16”.  It is currently holding 21 full moon clips and could hold at least 14 more. It is also holding my scabbard, unmooning tool and a pull through under the foam. And my Model 25-2. Kevin |

Look at the Pelican Vault line. Great cases and airline flight rated/lockable! I have one!

Where are you getting tje foam for the briefcases you repurpose? Ive picked up quite a few smaller samsonite suitcases for the same reason but havent found a source for foam here

Fabric shops, upholstery shops and similar will have foam. Also, online.
