I personally don't mind "experienced" revolvers :-)

Real men use duct tape. I love my 28. Mine is in a little worse condition being a Kentucky Highway Patrol Officer's firearm I bought off him after a traffic stop. (Crazy way to make a new friend, I know.) He was NOT enthused they mandated the transfer to semi-autos. Duct tape is fine for sure! In my shop we also use our fair share of blue hand towels held in place with good ole electrical tape A little squirt ot two of brake clean to wash away the grime and to sterilize never hurt either.

Closed the deal on this one... I'll shoot it and report soon. FWIW I looked at Numrich to see if there were 44 Special cylinders and barrels sitting out there waiting. There were not.
Tape is still on thumb... I hear it takes 6 weeks or so,

I enjoy my 5" 27 but a 4" 28 is usually near the top of my want list.

The barrels are harder to find but they are out there. I am looking for an N frame to use up some of my ACP barrels and cylinders. Kevin

There's absolutely nothing wrong with a 357 "work" gun as is.

First six shot out of the gun... DAO at 45 feet. I'm thinking a few clicks down and a few clicks left...
