Contender it's only because they are. A couple of words about this "transaction". When I was a kid I remember trading a model ship for a biplane, maybe ten years old. This was kindof like that, details not necessary. Horse trading as I like to call it, or bartering, is a good thing. When men honor their word, the world is made a better place. So it is with these grips. This sight (meaning YOU) is slap full of men that share this common theme, and I'm very grateful to be a part of it. I think it's Ken O'neil that has the 97 with the Fishpaw snakewoods on it. That WAS the best looking 97 I'd ever seen. The fit on these grips is as good or better than the black factory micartas that they replaced.
