An uncle now gone spent his career traveling the world. His job calibrating, updating, the BIG deep space comm dishes. It was his specialty, Berkeley for school, 40 plus years with JPL/NASA. Not all things seen from earth, were made on earth.

I'm still waiting on an explorer who can multi-task. If we ever just have one who can find Bigfoot AND focus a camera, it'll put me a step closer. I still remember all the UFO TV Shows of the 70s. Fifty years later and still waiting... My great uncle was a big game (mostly bear) guide in California he had a ranch in either Burney or Redding. Good friend of his and fellow guide was a man named Ivan Marx, his video is the one you see of Bigfoot crossing the creek and he stops to look at the camera. My uncle never believed him back then. Uncle moved back to Oklahoma in the mid 80's and swears he seen one around New Hochatown, OK, crazily around the time Ol' Ivan passed away in 1999. Uncle says Bigfoot is a vegetarian. Sadly he passed in 2019. I never thought to ask him if he knew Elmer Keith, didn't know much of him yet. I do know that Uncle had a 44 mag pretty sure was a Ruger SBH with stag grips on his headboard and a Ruger 44 mag Auto Carbine leaning in the corner. They disappeared when he remarried, when I was older and asked to buy all of his guns, she said they were put up? Slight derail, but I'm sure fellas will get us back on track.

Back when I was in the Navy we were out at sea on a Destroyer and it was 2200 hours (10 o'clock for you civilians) when the Captain came on the PA system, which is rare because it's light out and PA system down at 2100 hours. He said: "This is your Captain, for the information of the crew we have been followed by an unidentified flying object for the past 4 to 5 hours. I contacted the Naval base and they contacted Washing D.C. and the Pentagon. The replied back there were no military or commercial airliners in our area. I'm going to log it down in the ships log as a UFO unidentified Flying Object". He told us where to look and there was the big giant bright red light. So we're watching and then it just goes off, like turning a switch off. At that time 2130 hours the captain comes back on the PA system. He said: "For those of you watching it, it appeared as though a switch shut it off when in fact it went off the radar screen at over 6000 mph". So this was in 1967, what could fly that fast back then?

I WANT to believe. But As far as these bigfoot sightings. They are on TV shows that go nowhere. Don't you think if they actually found one it would make the news immediately instead of waiting till Thursday at 9pm?

I neither believe nor disbelieve in aliens, Bigfoot, or Nessie. I have too many other things going on to worry about it. I do enjoy a good story though.

"I have no idea what that thing was but if it landed in my pasture, full auto belt fed firing would be imminent. Dont give a dang who owns it or what country (or possibly planet) it belongs to."
...and would probably be the last rounds you ever fired...
100% believer here...Bob

My dad had two credible UFO sightings during his life, about 15 years apart and backed up by other witnesses. Myself, well, I saw something very similar to the Phoenix Lights but years prior. Three of us saw it and couldn't agree on how big or how far away it was, though all agreed it was large. It disappeared like a light being turned off with a rheostat.

Just wondering. If it's more than one bigfoot, would that be bigfoots or bigfeet? I'm seriously curious.

If they’re out there I bet they’re trying to get away as fast as they can….

I'd only ever hunt them if I could consult a psychic and read my horoscope first.
Of course, I'd carry my lucky (dead) rabbit's foot to assure success.
It's amazing what people will believe because it can't be disproven...

Yeah. I never figured out what was so lucky about the rabbit foot. I mean the rabbit had four of them and it didn't do it any good.
