Temps will effect velocity differently depending on the powder. Some a good deal. Which and how much well... that's why you have a chronograph. Figure it out. Load development aside, I try to test things in the conditions I think I'll be using them if possible/applicable. You know, if I'm trying to figure out what the drop will be for a hunting rifle that I'll be shooting in sub freezing temps, it's better that I go with February numbers than July numbers.

If you take notes for your load book, just jot down the temperature and date... That way when you look back in a couple of years you'll have all the info you need. I write group size in the margins, so I have more to go on than just velocity and standard deviation And attitude too Lars!
