Wish I had sumptin to post in this here thread thingy 😞 We could probably have a pretty healthy thread of guns of yours that went down the road! That octagon is so dagone handsome. Enjoy the heck out of that thing! I would shoot that those barrel grooves flat!

You know, I had forgotten about that bottom gun! Old age does terrible things to a guys memory! (That and 20 plus years of smelling septic tank fumes)🤣

.455 Triple Lock showing 2 screw rear sight (circa 1930?). .44 Special Triple Lock, done up as a target. the .455 Triple Lock, also a previous owner gold washed the S&W markings, pretty obvious re-blued (and lost the original grips). Both done as targets, but 2 screw rear sights so probably fitted circa 1930 Attachments:

The top one is a S&W .455 Triple Lock The lower one is a S&W .455 2nd Model Hand Ejector that Roy Jinks said is a factory target, but will simply letter as shipped to Remington (British Purchasing Commission shipping point during WW1)...
