Two new purchases: Smith and Wesson FPC. 9mm folding pistol carbine with 53 rounds on board and a Holoson 551 for a sight. 9mm EZ Smith and Wesson that is dead nuts on with 115, 124 +P. The folding carbine in with the luggage on road trips, and the 9 shot 9mm that my wife can rack and use. The carbine is very accurate for what it is 3" fifty yards with me shooting and the Holosun takes care of the night sight. My wife likes the FPC. It is the IMPROVED Sub 2000.
We who are married should train as a team.

Majority of the time I carry a Glock 26 in either a JMCK AIWB holster or in a Mikka pocket holster. Additionally, I always carry a flashlight, spare magazine, tourniquet, and some Celox z-fold gauze as well as a solid knife.
I recently picked up a Glock 43X that I will start carrying once it proves reliable with my chosen carry load, and I get some night sights on it.

Quite a number of years ago we retired our Commanders and started carrying CCO pattern 1911s. We now have a "few" and carry them almost daily when out and about. Guncrafter, Wilson, DWs and a Colt WC; calibers 9mm, .38 Super and .45ACP all see considerable use and we shoot whichever we choose to carry a few times a week while doing so. Holster of choice is the Thad Rybka Rhodesian (and clones) or the Spark's Summer spcl.

Like most of you, I have a variety to choose from. A sig 365 is what I wear most.

Yesterday I packed my old Browning Hi Power with cast 128 gr HP's, inside the waist band holster included. I'm not worried about hitting at 50 yds, more concerned with hitting at 5! I do carry a spare mag with me, if I can't get it done with 26 rounds I guess I'll move to Portland where it's safe. I also switch to my Walther compact 9mm if I'm just hanging close to town, it's extremely accurate even with just 7 rounds & a spare 7 mag. A new one that's becoming a real favorite is my Kimber Eclipse 1911 38 Super. Superbly accurate, fast out of the pancake holster & I start with a flush 9 round mag in the nest & a 10 round spare on my belt. These 128 gr cast HP's at 1300 fps+ using AA#7 are N A S T Y ! I don't care about the extra weight, I've always liked a heavy gun, helps with recoil management, I'll take that. Some of the steel plates go down so hard it stands them back up. A rear pocket revolver is my J frame model 36 S&W stashed underneath my hanky & stoked with 150 gr full wadcutters with 3.5 grs of Unique, you wouldn't want to get hit with one, trust me.

Dick...you really need to try one of those Tisas Stingrays in 9mm with a .38 Super barrel...light and hard hitting with hardly any recoil...
