Just home and looked back up to top of screen, sigh. Am still smiling, but now over the generosity of the folks here.

I've never been lucky at one of these.
I don't own a 44sp, but would have had an excuse to change that if I'd been drawn.

This has been a very fun karma to follow. I had Starline make 40 thousand and when they came there were a few more after they cleaned their presses out. They want 100 thousand if any more were to be made. They were $100.00 per 500 plus flat rate postage. I smile every time I load some of them up and again when I put them into the handgun to shoot them. That story that sixshot told and everything that went with it was my only way of coping with the last few months of Betty’s life. They arrived at our home on a Wednesday and she passed on Saturday. She bought 500 of them which will not be sold. They will be passed down to my children and grandchildren. Zeus was the one that made up the first 6 of them which I still have 5 left. Betty has one in her hand now. Thanks to Axehandle for this and the memories that I enjoyed with this thread. Enjoy shooting them and keep smiling. Steve. Axa Callshot

Well that was fun even if I didn’t win any brass. Just being reminded of Steve’s story behind the brass was enough to make my day. Thanks Axe and Callshot and Dick.
