Don't recall the cylinder flutes being cattywhompus but I didn't look that hard. Marked price is pretty much what I recently gave for a S&W 617. FWIW the DA felt pretty good. The SA needs work. Feeling creep when dry firing is NOT GOOD. As a shooter my main issue would be with aftermarket support. Availability of grips, sights, springs, hammer, trigger, and all the parts we like to play with would be a concern for me. I own 4 and 6 inch 10 shot 617s, a 6 inch 6 shot 17, a 6 inch I frame, a 4 inch J frame, and a 2 inch J frame. My 22 revolver $$$s will continue to go to S&W.

Believe that's one I'll have to pass on...
I guess at that price, I would too.

Yikes! They did manage to scribble something on just about every available surface.

I want one of those, except you are stuck with that rubber grip which I hate. No makes a wooden grip for it. Don't know if you can order from the Alfa factory but several very nice wooden grips show as accessory for on their web site.

The various Alfa Proj models used to be about 2/3’s the price of a S&W. Too bad prices have risen, they filled a needed niche before. Don’t know about their quality since Commifornia doesn’t have them on the roster of “proven safe guns”. Lol.
