Got a Gp-100 spring kit,can I use any of them on other Ruger models? Or do I have to buy a gp so I don’t let the springs go to waste?

Buying or not buying a GP100 is up to you.
But, I'd be careful using those springs in other guns. If the length is different you could end up with an unsafe trigger pull, etc.

Yes, the gp100 and super redhawk use the same springs, it should be labeled so, on the package, but I think those are the only models

I'll back up "hounddogman" I've used Wolff springs for the GP in the SP with satisfactory results.
