I'll be looking for sights and a nice scope base in the near future. Serious reservations about rimfire revolver springs after my 10 shot K frame S&W experiences...

I like mine a lot and so does the rest of the family. It is accurate and fun to shoot.

I hope you have better luck than I've had. I have an early one that is somewhat less accurate than I want it to be. An early Mark 1 Ruger, High Standard Citation and K22 S&W have been used to squirrel hunt. The 22 GP 100 is on par with most of the 22 Single Sixes and only good for 30 yards and less. I believe that the particular one that I have had the 5.5" barrel. I am a fan of the double action 22 revolvers. I have a couple of the S&W 617 4". But these GP 100's always held a visual appeal to me.
I need to shoot mine. I bought a new and an as nearly new the same day. I gifted one, let them choose their pick. Don't recall if I wound up with the new or not.
