I'll look at that
The wadcutters are super accurate, and they smack the crap out of jackrabbits
I have a very cool old Ideal (might be Cramer) hollowpoint mould that throws a very accurate and perfectly nasty bullet
I haven't ever tried it on anything the size of deer, but it might be ok on the small coastal blacktail
I use my 14- around here on all sorts of targets of opportunity

I've had two of those great revolvers, one a six inch and the other an eight and three-eighths inch barrel. Impressively accurate and just plain fun to shoot. So naturally, I sold them both for something "better." Live and learn...the hard way.

One of my treasures: a Pre 14, 5 screw, Mid 50s Target Masterpiece 38. It's truly a masterpiece! The gun shoots much better than I do:

The 220gr Lyman bullet discussed in the article is interesting too with it’s double lube grooves. Accurate makes a clone in both GC and non versions. After all the dust settles around the .327 the .38 special may actually be the perfect companion for most things…. I’m learning…slowly…

Are you noting the revolver that I've shown here?

Are you noting the revolver that I've shown here? Was actually talking about the initial Axehandle post.
