One good shot, on a hog, with a 45. Drop one.
I say no problem, right in the ear.
Hogs have a heavy gristle plate, and lots of fat. Hit one wrong, they run off. The goal is precise shot placement, one shot, drop one hog.
I’m in for the challenge. It was a great time.
To the original post, Alcorn collected a couple nice critters, and MC’ed an Awesome raffle. Great time for anyone wanting to join in.

It was a great time! I enjoyed seeing all the different guns there at the HHC and meeting all the people! Thank You Alcorn for all your hard work putting the HHC altogether. Bearskinner, that is one hell of a moose you harvested with a handgun in your thumbnail pic!

That gun is taking a break, working on a couple new ones to start over with. The 45 challenge only rule is one clean shot kill, with a 45, on a hog. Some people will take it further………. |

I HEARD THAT THE 45 CHALLENGE WAS FOR A 45 ACP, GUN TYPE, e.g. PISTOL, REVOLVER, SINGLE SHOT, WAS IRRELEVANT.
