Such nice, clean lines, crisp, but not sharp edges and overall natural and classic-revolver aesthetic on these recent guns. I like the muted finishes on them as well, but the stainless guns are subject to scuffing in the opposite way we are used to in that you get shiny spots instead of dull spots where the surface is rubbed against something. If the gun shoots, that's not a big deal, but something to watch if on is fussy about finishes.
I've carried the 605 while mowing that last two times, as we have a pair of skunks who have staked their claim on the property and aren't easily persuaded that they shouldn't be exposing themselves so brazenly in broad daylight. Yesterday, I carried it while cutting firewood and it went pretty much unnoticed, being only two ounces (empty) more than the Bulldog I'd carried for that work for years.
The 32 caliber in this frame size is intriguing,... and tempting, so maybe I shouldn't follow this thread and see how this thing shoots.
I really appreciate the numerous angles you go to the trouble to get with the camera. What the factory, distributors and dealers provide is never nearly enough. Thanks for the thorough tour of each of these revolvers.

I bought a stainless Taurus 327 back in July. I've put roughly 150 rounds of 32 long,H&R and a few 327 federals through it and so far i've had no regrets with my purchase.

Wonder why the .22mag you showed got a cool windage adj. sight and the 327 did not? ?

The 22 version has the same rear sight. My 327, 38 and 9mm do not. Same thing goes with the pinned front sight, some have them, some do not.

That pinned front sight is one feature I think is WELL worth whatever extra it may cost in production. I've had too many guns with integral front sights which really needed something taller or just better.
Fermin sent me some front sights recently to correct just such a problem on a revolver with an integral front sight, and I will tell you now that it is a bunch of work to do so if you don't have the proper tools. AND, the gun is out of commission for the moment, until I can shoot it and file the sight to zero for elevation, partly because school started back up and partly because our old dog has recently become extremely nervous about any kind of noise.
That pinned front sight its one of the basic, common-sense features I like seeing come back on revolvers and I hope what Taurus is doing right now catches (back) on and people demand more of it, so we don't see such good thinking go by the way side in deference to flashy, cool-looking features which add little to no value.
With the high-quality sights Fermin has available, that makes this feature doubly valuable.
By the way, after replacing an integral front sight on another revolver, I am reminded of the value in whatever a good gunsmith may charge for such a service. I have another that needs done and I'm not sure it's worth the trouble to do it myself,.... but probably will out of stubbornness. A simple pin-in front sight, from the factory, would have made one particular really great gun (except for the too-short front sight) literal perfection for me.

I'd go one step further and request ALL fixed sight guns have a front dovetail from the factory. It would solve so many problems.

...would be nice if Ruger or Taurus would make a 3" with adjustable sights...
