When Dave told me he was retiring, I knew I'd never get all the guns from him I wanted.
But, being only a couple years away from retirement myself, I get it.
However, he graciously offered to complete every gun we'd agreed on. One of those was a GP100 in 44 Special.
Tuesday, three of the final five arrived. The anticipated 44 Special was in the batch.
More details after Tim posts the pictures. They're not great, but will do until I have more time...

Admit, I shouldn't have used that old washcloth as a background. It's what I used to wipe the gun off and it was handy.
I wanted something a bit different as this will likely be my only Clements Double Action.
Clements was a bit surprised as he shot it after finishing the action job. It shot 3/8" with Buffalo Bore Ammo.
It's built for performance, but I think it looks pretty good too...

That barrel lost a little weight and gained a bunch of class.
I like that front sight too.
The 44 Special is my all-time favorite handgun round and I always love seeing more of them.

I appreciate the compliments. But, it's just too hot to shoot and enjoy it.
