So, wether your mind of serious or humerous bent this am, recipes. Can you imagine the backstraps ? Drool.. I've had and enjoyed TurDucken. Am thinking,,stuff the elephant with a moose, then stuff the moose with a hog, then...you get the crazy idea. It would take a week to cook tho., sigh.

There are times when much of society lets feelings over ride facts. That could be the case with elephants…..but I am not aware of all the facts. See what I mean?

Do they have mesquite or Osage in Africa? Yeah, this could be a problem.

Elephant tastes between beef and venison, but chews like a rubber boot.

Well I have been to Africa. And the elephant population and the environment were getting along fine and replenishing itself quite well till man decided we had better uses for the land. And often stripped it and made it less habitable for nature to thrive. I guess it all comes down to whether a person believes that nature should be protected and left for others to view. Or that man should be able to use it as we see fit to make our lives easier. Whether it is to provide food of make it so things like Amazon can get us more little neat things in a quicker time.
