Sixshot not only had a great time and has fantastic hunting ability, getting on the flight with just two handguns ( no rifle as backup) shows total resolve to be a dedicated handgun hunter. I can sincerely appreciate the fortitude it takes to stay the course, no matter what else happens. A fine hunter and true gentleman.

Sorry to all of you if this got a little bit long, didn't start out with that intention. If you have any intentions of ever hunting Africa, there is no better time than now, it won't last forever. And the prices are down as is air fare. As mentioned this is just my opinion but Motswhere Safari's is 5 star accommodations all the way around, the lodging, the food, the transportation, etc. And there is lots of land & lots of animals. You can shoot long range or they can make it happen for Stevie Wonder, just let them know what you need. I have to throw this last photo in showing a family group of 11 out of Colorado in one of the old, restored Toyotas, we couldn't stop laughing, especially about the young man riding on the chair on the front bumper, yikes! There's actually 12 people in there counting the PH, maybe 13 if the tracker is there somewhere! That's usually where one the trackers rides while he's reading tracks at 15-20 miles an hour. There's only a simple bar to hold onto. If you seen how they drive you wouldn't set on that thing if it was idling. Next to it is one of the big salting bins full of hides & they are covered in salt, there were 4 of them in this room. Also I can't finish without a big thank you to good friend & fellow Shootist Mike "Doc" Barranti for supplying me with so much amazing leather over the years. That North West Hunter rig I'm wearing is #8 of a very special series. I also have serial #1 & I've worn them in 7 different states & Africa, they are amazing works of art, thanks Mike!        Dick |
