This Horvath gun is a 45 ACP only. Plenty of gun for most tasks, and easy to shoot. The revolver gives you freedom in hand loading that closes a lot of the gap between the ACP and standard Colt loads Have you shot the .45 Super through it? I would guess it would handle that plus more. I have not. I imagine it'll handle a fair bit more than standard ACP loads, but I'm more interested in upping the bullet weight rather than velocity in this package.

Received the Ruger yesterday and the cylinder matches the last three numbers in the serial number of the gun. Cylinder throats are very undersized, I had one cast bullet keyhole, the rest shot into 2" at 20 yads. couldn't push a Speer Gold Dot 45 bullet through the chambers after a thorough cleaning, tried a 225 TC 45 bullet and it would not push through either without pounding a little with an Oak dowel. Is Fermin still honing cylinder mouths?
The Blackhawk is a fun shooter! I like the gun.
